MCX Ltd files DRHP with SEBI for its IPO

Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), the Subsidiary of Financial Technologies (India) Limited, has filed on March 16, 2006, Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in connection with the proposed IPO of MCX.
