Pricol Ltd allots 296721 shares

The committee of Board of Directors of Pricol Ltd at the meeting held on January 13, 2015, have allotted 296,721 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders of Xenos Automotive Limited, pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Xenos Automotive Limited with Pricol Limited as sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras vide order dated December 01, 2014, under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The listing application will be filed shortly for listing of newly allotted shares 296,721 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

With the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 94.50 million to Rs. 94.79 million.

Shares of PRICOL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56463 in over 593 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43.65 and intraday low of 41.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2407203.
