Repco Home Finance Ltd allots 44600 Shares pursuant to exercise of ESOS

Pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees of Repco Home Finance Ltd under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Securities Allotment Committee at its meeting held on December 29, 2014 allotted 44,600 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 623,508,220 representing 62,350,822 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.664 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 643.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38585 in over 2975 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 671.4 and intraday low of 647. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25628120.
