NIIT Technologies Ltd allots 52500 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 52,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on December 16, 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 610,03,674 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 61,00,36,740/-.
