AXIS Bank Ltd allots 365835 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 3,65,835 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 15, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,46,04,696 (2,36,23,02,348 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,53,36,366 (2,36,26,68,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.471.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 476.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 330109 in over 12297 trades.
