State Bank of Travancore to consider rights issue offer letter on Dec 19, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore will be held on December 19, 2014, to consider and approve the Draft Letter of Offer for the Bank's Rights Issue. The Draft Letter of Offer shall be filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for their approval.
