Enkei Wheels India Ltd allots 671000 shares at Rs. 50

The Board of Directors of Enkei Wheels (India) Ltd at its meeting held on December 11, 2014, has allotted 6,71,000 at the price of Rs. 50 (Premium of Rs. 45) Equity Shares to its Promoter Enkei Corporation, Japan on preferential basis. The shareholders of the Company have already accorded their consent for this issue in their meeting held on December 13, 2013.
