Rishi Laser Board recommends 20% dividend

Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 2 (20%) per equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
