Hiran Orgochem Board recommends 5% dividend

Hiran Orgochem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 5% (i.e. Re 0.50 per share) on equity shares for the year 2006 - 2007 subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also approved the re-appointment of Shri. Kantilal M Hiran as the Chairman and Managing Director for a period of three years w.e.f. June 01, 2007, subject to the approval of the members.
