Bhageria Dye Board recommends 12% dividend

Bhageria Dye Chem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12% for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
