Amtek Auto allots 870,133 shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2007, has allotted 870,133 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 4.17 million.
