GMR Infrastructure subsidiary DIAL forms DIAL Cargo Pvt Ltd

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Delhi International Airport (P) Ltd (DIAL), a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a 100% subsidiary named, DIAL Cargo Pvt Ltd (DIAL Cargo), on June 28, 2007. DIAL Cargo will be engaged in handling the cargo operations at the Delhi international airport.

Therefore, effective from June 28, 2007, DIAL Cargo Pvt Ltd has also become the subsidiary of the Company by virtue of Section 4(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock closed the day at Rs.764.90, up by Rs.17 or 2.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.778.95 and low of Rs.729.80. The total traded quantity was 2088336 compared to 2 week average of 1111185.
