Deepak Nitrite Board recommends 40% dividend

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
