Hatsun Agro Product Ltd approves private placement offer letter

The Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, have approved the Private Placement Offer Letter to be sent to select persons/entities belonging to Non-promoter Group, as approved by the shareholders of the Company by passing of special resolution through Postal Ballot on October 28, 2014, for the issue and allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at Rs. 300/- per share including a premium of Rs. 299/- per share, on preferential basis for a total consideration of Rs. 30 Crores.

Shares of HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.302 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 303.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1640 in over 92 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 310.3 and intraday low of 298. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 494437.
