SKS Microfinance Ltd to issue NCDs

The Board of Directors of SKS Microfinance Ltd at its meeting held on October 29, 2014, have approved issuance of Non-convertible Debentures and other debt securities etc, within the overall borrowing limits on a private placement basis, subject to Shareholders approval.
