Blue Bird fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Blue Bird India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2007 to August 23, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 24, 2007.
