Bhartiya International Board recommends 15% dividend

Bhartiya International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 15% per paid-up Equity Share (i.e. Rs 1.50/- per share) for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
