Sarla Performance Board recommends 30% dividend

Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended for payment of dividend @ 30% on the equity share capital for the year ended March 31, 2007.
