Kamadgiri Synthetics Board recommends 5% final dividend

Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 5% i.e. Rs 0.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of bankers and shareholders in AGM.
