Heritage Foods Board recommends 30% dividend

Heritage Foods India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 3/- per share (30%) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
