Mahalaxmi Rubtech Board recommends 5% dividend

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended Dividend @ 5% (Rs 0.50 per share) for the financial year 2006-07.

2. The Board has approved the re-appointment of Shri. Rahul J Parekh, as a Managing Director of the Company.

3. The Board has discussed and appraised the activities of the Company.
