IndiaNivesh Board recommends 20% dividend

IndiaNivesh Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share of Rs 10/- each subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
