BL Kashyap Board recommends 35% dividend

BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 35% per equity share, on par value of Rs 10/- each.
