Surya Roshni Board recommends 15% dividend

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 15% dividend (Rs 1.50 per Share) on the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company for the year 2006-2007.
