As approved by the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, 10,000 - 6% Redeemable Cumulative Preference shares of Rs. 100/- each of Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited have been redeemed out of the profits of the Company, on September 29, 2014. An interim dividend of Rs. 29,918/- has been declared and paid on these Preference shares, for FY 2014-15.
