Blue Bird Board recommends 12% final dividend

Blue Bird India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.20 per share on Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007 for the approval of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 24, 2007.
