Lumax Auto Board recommends 15% dividend

Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 15% (Re 1.50 per share of Rs 10 each) for the financial year 2006-07, subject to approval of the shareholders.
