Katare Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve Audited Financial Results for the year 2006-2007.

2. To consider declaration of dividend.

3. To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

4. To approve dates of closure of Books.

5. To approve Notice of Annual General Meeting.
