Phoenix Mills Board recommends 30% final dividend

Phoenix Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 30% for the financial year 2006-2007, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
