Sun TV fixes Book Closure for final dividend, stock split, bonus issue & AGM

Sun TV Network Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2007 to August 06, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend, stock split, Bonus Issue & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 06, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1527.35, down by Rs.65.55 or 4.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1621.95 and low of Rs.1505.05. The total traded quantity was 28045 compared to 2 week average of 29382.
