Ansal Buildwell Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Declaration of dividend, if any.

3. Fixing of date of calling of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
