Astra Microwave Board recommends Rs.1 dividend

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended for members approval payment of Equity dividend @ Rs 1 per share for the year.
