Benzo Petro Open Offer schedule revised

Ashika Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of Mr. Jasbir Singh Sodhi ("Acquirer") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Benzo Petro International Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated March 28, 2007, pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 10 & 12 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto ("Regulations").
