Associated Profiles to change name as Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd

Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Company had applied to ROC for change of Company's existing name to new name as "Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd". Because at present "Hind Aluminium" is the main manufacturing unit of the Company which is making aluminium wire rods and its turnover is approx. 99% of the total turnover of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, ROC has approved the change of new name i.e. "Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd" vide their letter dated June 08, 2007. All required formalities of the Companies Act, 1956 in respect of aforesaid change of name will be completed within ROC stipulated time limit.

The stock was trading at Rs.51, up by Rs.0.65 or 1.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51 and low of Rs.49.25. The total traded quantity was 5802 compared to 2 week average of 4768.
