Borosil Glass Board recommends 30% dividend

Borosil Glass Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs 3 per share of Rs 10 each subject to approval of the shareholders.
