Empire Industries Board recommends 60% dividend

Empire Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended to the shareholders the payment of Dividend of Rs 6/- (Tax free 60%) per Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
