Srinivasa Shipping Board to recommend final dividend

Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider the approval and adoption of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 & Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 & also to consider the proposal to recommend final dividend for the financial year 2006-07, subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
