IKF Technologies to setup JV

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced about the following:

1. The Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Salampuria Agrotech Pvt Ltd for undertaking bio fuel activity in the state of Jharkhand and the Company is in a process of incorporating a TV Company for the said purpose.

2. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) have given a written confirmation to the Company to extend their co-operation and provide necessary technical know-how for Jatropha cultivation in different parts of North Eastern Himalayan Region.

3. Mr. Brij K Tankha have joined as CEO and President respectively of ITES division of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.8, up by Rs.0.38 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8 and low of Rs.7.59. The total traded quantity was 4630223 compared to 2 week average of 8503676.
