Ritesh Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Acquisition of Catalina Bay inc., a Company incorporated in USA.

2. Entering into retail venture.

The stock was trading at Rs.44.75, up by Rs.1.30 or 2.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.60 and low of Rs.41.30. The total traded quantity was 81703 compared to 2 week average of 15570.
