Jai Parabolic merger ratio fixed

Jai Parabolic Springs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007 has approved Scheme of Merger of the Company into Jamna Auto Industries Ltd at the swap ratio of One equity share of Rs 10/- each in Jamna Auto Industries Ltd for every two equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.50, up by Rs.1.40 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.50 and low of Rs.28. The total traded quantity was 16712 compared to 2 week average of 38470.
