Hester Pharmaceuticals Board recommends 20% dividend

Hester Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each (20%), subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
