Cellulose Products of India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 09, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.
