Shri Ganesh Spinners Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 31, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2007.
