Jaiprakash Associates top bidder in Malvika Steel auction

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has announced that the Sale Committee of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi vide its Order dated June 26, 2007 has declared the Company as the highest bidder for auction sale of the mortgaged property, i.e. land, buildings, plant and equipment and other fixed assets of M/s. Malvika Steel Ltd at Jagdishpur, District Sultanpur (U.P.).

The stock was trading at Rs.708.50, down by Rs.5.05 or 0.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.717 and low of Rs.704.20. The total traded quantity was 46063 compared to 2 week average of 150084.
