FCS Software Solutions Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will also remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
