Tech Mahindra fixes Book Closure for AGM

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.
