Ciba Specialty fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Ciba Specialty Chemicals India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 17, 2007 to August 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2007.
