International Data fixes Book Closure for AGM

International Data Management Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2007 to September 21, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 21, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
