Moschip Semiconductor appoints Mr.Bhanu Nanduri as COO of US subsidiary

Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has announced that Mr. Bhanu Nanduri has been appointed as a Chief Operating Officer for the Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, MosChip Semiconductor Technology, USA with effect from June 26, 2007.
