Gitanjali Gems Board recommends 15% dividend

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share. This is subject to approval by shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
